Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our products, returns are generally not accepted on consumable items. However, we understand that extenuating circumstances may arise.

  • Refunds in Special Cases: If you receive a defective product that prevents you from enjoying your purchase, please reach out to us within 7 days of delivery.

  • Proof of Defect: We will ask you to provide clear photos of the defect so we can assess the situation and determine eligibility for a refund.

  • Resolution: If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
